ITLA is designed for anyone who wants to pursue full-time ministry, or discover how to apply ministry and leadership principles to their life. This program will educate and prepare the adult learner for ministry leadership in any sphere of influence.
$1500 ($750/semester)

Fall Semester Calendar:

1. Classroom StructureDuring ITLA, you will be trained in leadership and ministry through the following experiences:
  • Chapel: A unique experience where we will hear a message from our staff and pastors, encouraging us to grow in our faith and encounter the presence of God.
  • Small Group: Is designed to help you go deeper in your understanding of spiritual principles and character development.
  • Ministry Lab: Are designed for you to receive the hands-on training needed for full-time ministry. These labs are lead by our pastors and staff and include topics such as: How to Prepare a Sermon, Pastoral Care, Effective Kids Ministry, and much more.
  • Bible Teaching: Is designed to help you gain an in-depth knowledge of the Word of God. You will read the entire Bible over the course of the year, while also using a Bible Handbook to study the meaning and history of each book of the Bible.

2. Academics: We believe every leader should be a lifelong learner. The ITLA curriculum consists of reading an assigned leadership development book once a month to develop their leadership potential. Students should also expect to have regular assignments and/or quizzes regarding any reading material to test their comprehension.

3. Weekend Requirements: Each weekend, ITLA will gain hands-on ministry experience by serving in one block of service times at any one of our campuses. Students will also be required to attend one service time OUTSIDE of their block of serving. Individuals enrolled in ITLA will also be encouraged to attend Friday Prayer at Noon.

4. Additional Requirements:
  • Students are required to work out at least 5 days each week.
  • Students are encouraged to participate in 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting in January.
  • Students are encouraged to serve at First Wednesday services once a month.
  • Students are encouraged to serve during Christmas and Easter services.
  • Students are encouraged to serve at our other conferences or events throughout the year.
