Tithes and Offerings
Financial giving can be divided into two categories: tithes and offerings. The Bible teaches us that we worship the Lord with our tithe, which is ten percent of our income contributed to the church on a regular basis. When we feel called to give over and above our tithe, we do so as an offering. Whether we are giving tithe or offering, it is an act of worship to God
Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine.

Ways to Give
Cash and Check
Give during one of our weekend services by placing cash or check in one of our generosity boxes located by building exits. Checks can be made out to “ITOWN Church”.

Contributions by cash or check will be counted weekly and then matched to your ITOWN account. Typically, you’ll be able to see your contributions within seven days of our team receiving it.
Card and ACH
Contributions by card or ACH are processed and added to your ITOWN account immediately.
You can use our secure platform to give online.
Text to Give
Text to Give is a simple and secure way to give directly from your mobile phone. Just text the designated keyword and dollar amount (ex: Give 10) to 34620, follow the prompts, and complete your gift in minutes.
Stock and Mutual Funds
If you have appreciated stocks or mutual funds in a taxable investment portfolio, you likely have a significant opportunity to pay less tax, give more, and improve your personal cash flow.
Contributions of stock or mutual funds can be submitted to your broker and we can help provide you with the information you will need.

Real Estate
Many property owners have a heart to give, but feel hindered by limited cash flow and ever-growing taxes. If that’s you, we can help you leverage your real estate, so you can send more to charity than you thought possible.

Cryptocurrency
Contributions by cryptocurrency, such as Bitcoin, can be given online, and then our platform will handle converting it into cash. Once the process is complete, it will be added to your ITOWN account.

View and Manage Your Giving
In April 2025, ITOWN moved from Simple Donation to Overflow in an attempt to lower fees and increase the stewardship of Kingdom resources. Unfortunately, Overflow has failed in many ways to properly serve the generous givers of ITOWN with the simplicity and excellence you deserve.
This has made the transition back to Simple Donation necessary, and we are currently navigating that transition. During this transition time, your giving will be managed in one of these two systems, depending on when your recurring gift was enrolled. Once the transition is complete, all of your giving will once again be managed through the Simple Donation platform.
We are working to make this transition as seamless as possible for our givers. Our team is handling all of the logistics of the transition behind the scenes, so there is nothing you need to do. However, if you would like to see records of your giving or make changes to your giving, please follow the steps below. Thank you for your patience, and for your continued generosity to the Lord and ITOWN. We truly appreciate you, and could not do what we are doing without your giving.
