WHAT IS THE GO TEAM?
The Go Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. Very few people get the opportunity in their lifetime to be part of the success, growth and life-change we see happening every day in people’s lives. The Go Team does that every week, and we invite you to join us.
We believe God has a special place for you where you can use your unique abilities and passions to touch the lives of others, and that your life will never make sense until you find, develop, and fulfill your purpose in life.

Take the next step in joining the Go Team by getting started on the Grow Plan. The Grow Plan is made up of three steps that equip you to discover your purpose, hear the vision of our pastors, make a difference and make ITOWN your home.
ITOWN CHURCH GO TEAMS
This team serves through our various creative gifts, from video and photography, to acting or puppeteering, even graphic design or set building. The creative team helps capture all that God is doing at ITOWN, and helps bring new ideas to life.
This team utilizes their gifts of administration and organization to input prayer and praise requests as well as all connection cards into our database each week.
This team uses their gifts to interpret the weekend service and provide a Spanish interpretation service at ITOWN’s Mudsock Campus.
Conferences and church-wide events are creatively planned and energetically hosted by this team who places priority on valuing people and serving with excellence. Serving opportunities with this team include baptisms, conferences and special events.
This team works diligently behind the scenes to maintain a spirit of excellence in every area of ITOWN Church.
This unit of health care providers serves to triage basic medical attention to our guests in the event of an accident or emergency at ITOWN.
This friendly team loves people and makes them feel at home here at ITOWN. They welcome guests with a smile, encouragement, and personal touch so that hearts are open to the Gospel message.
As the official hosts of our Grow Plan, this team connects with guests as well as provides materials and assistance throughout our two classes.
This energetic team connects with guests by offering a hot cup of coffee and a warm welcome.
This team helps lead children needing special accommodation within our children’s ministry through worship, Bible stories, and prayer.
This team creates an environment where children are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus. They intentionally invest in the lives of our children through worship, videos, skits, greeting, games and small groups. (1st-5th Graders)
This team welcomes families as they arrive at our Kids areas and facilitates the check-in process that ensures children are cared for effectively and efficiently.
This team leads children into a real relationship with Jesus through Bible stories, worship, prayer, hands-on activities and personal interactions. (Birth-Kindergartners)
This fun and enjoyable team is truly the first impression of ITOWN! If you relish the great outdoors, look good in a uniform and enjoy telling people where to go, this is the team for you!
This team covers the weekend services in prayer, preparing the way for the Lord. Join this team that is blazing the trail for God in our city!
Bring your creativity and tech savvy to this team that reaches hundreds of people by delivering the Word and worship through camera, lighting, and other visual elements.
This team connects guests to the Church community, providing resources and information on all of our current events, ministry opportunities and services at ITOWN Church.
This team prepares people for a positive worship experience by welcoming and assisting them to a seat, facilitating the offering, and maintaining a distraction-free environment.
This is the place where ministry happens on the weekend. The ministry team here should have a desire and ability to pray with people and believe with them to see God’s power at work in their lives.
