We're so glad you'll be joining us for an ITOWN Christmas this year!
When you arrive for service, our parking team will help you find a space. We've planned a great experience, and hope you make yourself at home when you enter the lobby with a fresh cup of coffee or hot chocolate.
Services last around 70-75 minutes and include incredible music, an inspiring Christmas message from our Lead Pastor, Pastor Dave Sumrall, and candle lighting.

Our Family Ministries team has prepared a special service for children ages six weeks through five years.
Children older than five are invited to attend the service with their families and will need a seating reservation.
If this will be your child’s first visit to Family Ministries, you can pre-register your child online.

There is no cost to attend any ITOWN Christmas services, but you can help us plan a great in-person experience for everyone by reserving your free seats.
When you arrive at services, be prepared to present your reservations on your mobile device.
If you do not have a reservation for your preferred service time, you will be welcomed into the service 10 minutes before each service begins, when all remaining seats become general admission.

Doors to the auditorium will open 30 minutes prior to the service. Those with seating reservations will be seated first.
Many services will be full, so we recommend arriving early so you have plenty of time to find your seat before the service begins.
Seating will be open to those without reservations 10 minutes prior to the service. After this time, reservations will no longer provide guaranteed seats.

Yes. There will be a special candle-lighting moment during every service at every campus. Communion will also be available at every campus.

If reservations for your preferred service are no longer available, we encourage you to choose a service at a different time.
If you come to a service without a reservation and there are remaining seats available, you will be able to enter the auditorium 10 minutes before the service begins, when all seats become general admission.
