Is ITOWN Recovery right for me?
ITOWN Recovery is right for you if you are struggling with addictions or life issues that are hindering you from living the life you want to live.
Do I have to be a Christian to attend?
No. ITOWN Recovery does not permit promotion of concepts that are contrary to biblical principles during the meeting, however, all are welcome here regardless of religious status.
Do I have to be a member of ITOWN Church to come?
No. Anyone from the community is welcome to come to ITOWN Recovery.
Do I have to sign up for ITOWN Recovery?
No, however there is a sign up option if you would like to contact a leader or receive weekly email updates from us. You can sign up by clicking here.
Do you offer a certain program or curriculum?
At ITOWN Recovery, we believe there is no one size fits all approach to recovery, therefore, we do not use a particular program or curriculum. We do have resources and leaders who are able to sponsor individuals for those looking for additional structure and guidance in their recovery journey. However, you can always expect messages and testimonies to reflect victory through a relationship with God.
Can I remain anonymous?
Yes. Attendee personal information and anything shared during ITOWN Recovery is kept confidential unless it involves harm to self or others.
Do I have to share during small group time?
No, you will not be required to share at any time during ITOWN Recovery.
Are small groups co-ed?
No. Small group sessions are separated by gender and sometimes by topic if attendance allows.
Who leads ITOWN Recovery?
ITOWN Recovery is led by men and women who have walked through a personal recovery journey from addiction or life issues and are saved, recovered, and free through a relationship with God.
Do you offer professional counseling?
No. ITOWN Recovery leaders and facilitators are not professional counselors. If you need help finding professional services, please email pastoralcare@itownchurch.com.
Is childcare provided?
Yes, at the Olson Farms Campus. More than just childcare, ITOWN Recovery offers children’s ministry in a safe and fun environment where children learn about the Bible and love of Jesus. Parents can register and check in children through the ITOWN app or in person at the nursery preschool desk.
