Serving opportunities

To comply with CDC guidelines, we have hand-picked a team and appropriately trained them to respond to this public health crisis. Thank you for your heart for our community, we still want you involved so we have designed several at home opportunities for you to serve. Check out the list below to find out how you can help the community.

SERVE AT HOME OPPORTUNITIES

Drop off will occur Monday-Friday 10AM-5PM at our Olson Farms Campus.

Please include 5-7 items for the bags of love. Suggested items:
  • Kleenex
  • Hard Candy 
  • Playing Cards
  • Hand Lotion
  • New Warm Socks
  • New Gloves
  • Large Print Devotional
  • Small activity books like crossword or word search
  • A hand drawn picture from the kids
  • Large Print Bible
SNACK BAGS FOR KIDS
Please include 5-7 items per kit. Suggested items:
  • Small bottled juice or juice box packs
  • Peanut butter and jelly
  • Small macaroni and cheese packs
  • Small microwavable soups and stews
  • Individually wrapped peanut butter cracker packs
  • Individually wrapped cheese crackers packs
  • Fruit snack packs

ENCOURAGING LETTERS
Write letters/cards for people in the hospital, veterans serving, seniors in nursing homes
NEIGHBOR TO NEIGHBOR
ITOWN Church Neighbor to Neighbor is all about loving our neighbors. Click on one of the DIY games to download the supplies and instructions for each game. Put all of the supplies in a zip lock bag and drop it off on your neighbor's porch. Include a letter and the downloaded instructions so they can build and play the game with their kids.
